Hello there,
My name is Leslie Rowlands (everyone calls me Les) I was born and brought up in Heswall I have lived in Wirral all of my life truly a local man. I am married to Paula and have three lovely children, Mark, Hannah and Sarah who all attended local schools. I am so proud to have been elected for the Heswall Ward I was first elected to serve in 1997, I am still here in 2007 working for you the people of Heswall. I am on the planning committee on Wirral Borough Council and I sit on the standards committee, I am keen to serve the interests of all residents regardless of political persuasion. Together with my fellow Ward Councilors, Peter Johnson and Andrew Hodson we form the Heswall Action Team.
