Welcome to my website

Hi,

My name is Jeff Green I have lived in Wirral all of my life. I am married to Carol and have two beautiful children, Emma and Megan. Megan attends Dawpool Primary school and Emma started secondary school at West Kirby in September.

I am honoured to have been elected for the new West Kirby and Thurstaston Ward and to serve the residents of West Kirby, Caldy, Grange, Newton and Thurstaston. Prior to the creation of the new ward I was a Councillor for the old Thurstaston Ward and first elected to serve the area in 1986.

As you may know I am also the Leader of the Conservative Group on Wirral Borough Council and I am keen to serve the interests of all residents regardless of political persuasion.

I am an active member of all sorts of council committees but I am particularly pleased to be the chairman of the Hilbre Island Management Committee and a Governor of Dawpool CE Primary and West Kirby Grammar School.

Together with Esther McVey and my fellow Ward Councillors, David Elderton and Geoffrey Watt we form the West Kirby and Thurstaston Action Team. We are always keen to hear your views and idea's for improving the area or indeed your concerns, so if you would like to get in touch please visit the 'contact me' area of the site and I will always respond.
