I am one of your three Liberal Democrat Councillors for Great Barr and Yew Tree, which includes Tamebridge. You are also represented in this ward by my Liberal Democrat colleagues Councillors Sadie Smith and Mary Wilson.
I was born at Hallam Hospital in 1963 and have lived in Great Barr all my life, I attended Whitecrest Primary and Dartmouth High Schools and graduated from Wolverhampton University in 1985. I am currently employed as a Health & Safety Manager for a Burntwood based engineering group.
I am married to Kay and have two young daughters.

Temporary Closure of Great Barr Library.
Great Barr Library will be closed from Friday 25th February to Monday 8th March, due to minor refurbishment of the shelving and carpets.
During this time no fines will be charged for overdue items. Items can be returned to any Sandwell Library. The nearest library is Hamstead Library, in the Tanhouse Centre, Hamstead Road.
Agewell West Bromwich Open Over Fifties Forum.
Agewell will holding a series of forums for residents of West Bromwich and Great Barr & Yew Tree on Thursday mornings at 10:30am on a monthly basis at St Michaels RC Church Hall, St Michaels Street, West Bromwich town centre. (Opposite West Bromwich bus station, entrance next door to Wetherspoon's pub.)
Meetings will be informal in style with interesting guest speakers, local information exchange,a chance for you to raise any issues, tea, coffee and chat.
