Welcome to my website

I was first elected to be a Member of Peterborough City Council in June 2004 and have represented the Bretton North Ward since that time.

I currently serve on the following Committees:

• Health Overview & Scrutiny Committee (Vice Chairman)
• Community Well-Being Policy Overview Committee

Health Overview & Scrutiny Group delegates Health & Scrutiny issues to its members by setting up review groups, which are time limited. I am currently on a review group relating to Access to Adult Mental Health Services. This review is due to finish by February 2006 when the final report and recommendations will be submitted to the Health Organisations.

I am also currently appointed to the following Outside Bodies:

• Peterborough Racial Equality Council
• North Bretton Community Association

I am a Board Member of Cross Keys Homes.

Education is an area which is of interest to me and I am a Governor at Watergall Primary School.
