Sean, Sinn Fein’s West Tyrone Constituency Manager is a dedicated member of the GAA he has served on many Tír Eoghain County Board Committees

 

Sean has played a pivotal role in the development of Sinn Féin throughout Tyrone and has worked tirelessly for the last four years on behalf of Omagh Town.

 

He has been driving force behind many electoral successes and is now Director of Elections across all of the six counties Sean has a clear vision of Irish Unity and is seen by the Sinn Féin leadership as key to delivering further political change.

Environment minister urged to 'wake up and smell the coffee'
Councillor Sean Begley has called on Environment minister Sammy Wilson to 'wake up and smell the coffee' in relation to a replacement policy for PPS14. Councillor Begley reiterated Sinn Fein's opposition to PPS14 and called for a balanced approach to planning. Furthermore Councillor Begley said Sinn Féin would like to see a sub regional approach which would see local district councils being involved with the planning process. 

Orange parades issue in Omagh must be addressed.
Sinn Féin Omagh town councillor Sean Begley has said the issue of orange parades in Omagh must be addressed. He also said Orangefest have a long way to go if they are serious about trying to repackage the 12th of July marches following a number of incidents in Omagh over the 12th.
