Acklam ward hosts approximately 3000 school children from all parts of Middlesbrough. There are two primary schools; Green Lane Primary and Newham Bridge both of which are excellent.
There are three Secondary Schools, which are; Hall Garth, Kings Manor and St Davids. All three are situated on Hall Drive.
