ISSUES

Transport

I have discussed with Transport and Design the installation of more Bollards in the bus layby on Trimdon ave to prevent motorists driving onto the pavement alongside the bus stop. Also the the erection of bollards outside number 87 The Oval, parking again on the pavement.

I have requested that signage to the closes on Hesleden ave be fitted with the Red cul-de-sac signs. All these issues will be considered.

Area Care

Tree pruning overhanging trees and shrubs throughout the ward, ours and residents.

Grass verge problem in Baldoon sands, and paving in the same area.

Noise nusiance by nieghbours, refered to the Noise nusiance dept.

Clean up the walkway along Benridge Cl, covered in Cherries, like jam most days, very bad underfoot.

These and matters of a more confidential nature i have dealt with.

I have attended my committee, scrutiny panels and civic duties work during this month without absence.

Highlight being the Re- Dedication of the Cenotaph on Sunday 14th.
