I have been elected as a County Councillor for the Electoral Division of Preston City to serve the interests of all residents, regardless of political persuasion. I am, however, a member of a political party and take an active interest in a number of national and local campaigns. Locals help BBC to make over Preston park
A GROUP of adults with a learning disability, supported by Lancashire County Council, have been helping to transform part of Preston's Moor Park as part of the BBC's Springwatch Action Team (SWAT) campaign.
