As a County Councillor and District Councillor I can often find myself involved in a variety of different subjects in any one day.

To give you an idea of the range of matters I have to deal with I have set out below a snapshot of one particular day in the life of your local Councillor.

7.00 am check emails at home

8.00 am Go to work to ensure all is to plan

9.30 am Executive meeting at Fylde Borough Council

11.00 am meeting at County Hall

1.00 pm Lunch at County Hall

2.00 pm Meeting at County Hall

4.00 pm Check emails at County Hall

6.00 pm Police and Communities together meeting

7.00 pm Meeting at the Town Hall with Fylde Borough colleagues

9.00 pm Home for dinner and opening the post

Not all days are like this but a lot of my time is spent in meetings and communicating with different people
