Welcome to my website

Link to translated text in Cantonese, Urdu, Bangla, Punjabi and Gujarati

I have been elected as a County Councillor for the Electoral Division of Rossendale West which covers Haslingden, Rising Bridge and Helmshore, to serve the interests of all residents, regardless of political persuasion. However, I am a member of the Labour Party and take an active interest in a number of national and local campaigns. Whilst it would not be appropriate for me to use this website to promote these campaigns you can visit related external websites by selecting some of the links to be found in the My Politics section of this site. I have previously been the Chair of the County Council and I am currently Chair of the Lancashire Combined Fire Authority.

I hope you find my website interesting. please let me know if there is anything you would like to see in the future.

WEATHER. Flip flops or wellington boots? Before you go out check the weather with the local 5 day forecast.
