Welcome from County Councillor Michael Welsh

Thank you for visiting my website.

I have represented the Preston North  East Division which is made up of the City Council Wards of Garrison and Sharoe Green since 1997. I work closely with your City Councillors in providing service to all our constituents, regardless of politics, and am always glad to hear from residents who have views about local issues and the way they impact on their daily lives.

This website contains information about me and my activities with links to various organisations with whom I am connected. Please use it as often as you wish as a means of keeping in touch.

As your local County Councillor, I am always available to help with problems and can be contacted at my home on 01257 276992, by email at watercrook@btinternet.com or through this website.
