I have been elected as a County Councillor for the Electoral Division of Penwortham North (Broadoak, Whitefield and Priory/Howick Borough Wards) to serve the interests of all residents, regardless of political persuasion. I am, however, a member of the Liberal Democrat Party and take an active interest in a number of national and local campaigns.
The County Council has appointed me to the Lancashire Police Authority to serve for the next four years from July 17, 2009.
It would not be appropriate for me to use this website to promote these campaigns though you can visit related external websites by selecting some of the links to be found in My Politics on this site.
My personal commitment to my constituents is: I will never promise that I can change anything, but I will promise that I will work hard to effect changes for the betterment of Penwortham and the people of Lancashire.
I am also the elected member for Whitefield Ward to serve on Penwortham Town Council.
