I am Councillor Ray Parsons and represent the Devizes South ward both at Kennet and Devizes Town Council , l aim to serve the interests of all residents, regardless of political persuasion.
I am, however, a member of the Conservative Party and take an active interest in a number of national and local campaigns. Town Centre Development
Although l believe the option of one large store would have been the right one, you can always divide a building into smaller units if the need arises ,it dose not work the other way round, we MUST retain the Maximum parking places possible.
