This is the final phase of the Pewsey Hospital development.
A Planning Development Brief for this site was approved in June 2004. This document was produced after significant consultation and outlines what the District and Parish councils and the local community would like to see on this large redevelopment site.
Shortly afterwards Bloor Homes submitted their planning application for 120 houses and flats, a proportion of which will be affordable housing. Because this is such a major application it involves further lengthy consultation processes to feed back information to the developers and it may be some time before the application is finally determined by Kennet District Council.
