Calling on families of all servicemen and women

Can you help?
The leader of Gosport Borough Council has called on families of servicemen and women from the town who have lost their lives in conflict since 1914 to get in touch.
Next year the council plans to read out the names of servicemen and women from Gosport who have given their lives for their country as part of the annual remembrance service in November.

The plan will not be ready in time for this year as it will take a lot of work to make sure the council has all the names.

If we could get families of those who have been lost to get in touch with the Mayor's office that would be a big help to us.

We have already asked the Royal British Legion to lend a helping hand in finding out the names of the deceased.

If you can help please get in touch and call the Mayor's office on 02392 545202 or email
