Gosport Borough Council, Lee East Ward
Councillor Derek Kimber

My Ward

Lee on the Solent East Ward was established in 2002 to encompass the new Cherque Farm estate that was under construction.  It extends from Elmore Avenue in the South to Shoot Lane in the North and from Broom Way/Fell Drive in the West to the Alver Valley in the East.

The ward has no shops at present (to be rectified 2006) no church (but one congregation!), one public house, two clubs and no flower beds!

But it does have some of the nicest people in Gosport living in it.

I share responsibilities for the ward with my fellow Conservative Councillor Graham Burgess and I would encourage you to view his web site also.

Lee ward is represented on the County Council by Conservative Councillor Margaret Snaith who has represented the people of Lee for many years both at local and County level.
