The website of Councillor Carol Black

Welcome to my personal councillor website I was the successful candatiate from the Dromore by-election.  I am the Ulster Unionist Party elected member for the electoral ward of Dromore - part of Banbridge District Council

I am the Councillor for 5 wards which include Dromore North/South Gransha, Quilly and Ballyward.

I have lived in Dromore now for 16 years and before that I lived in Australia for 12 years, where I pursued a long career in Banking & Finance; I have two children Andrew and Victoria. My hobbies include reading; music and gardening I even enjoy watching Grand Prix.

I will be using this site to keep you informed about my work, and to provide you with information about developments at Banbridge District Council.

However, there is a ‘My Politics’ link in the toolbar on the left-hand side of this website, and I may use that to link to political sites that I think are of interest.

I hope that you will feel free to contact me on mobile  07825 271227 or email me at carol.black@banbridge.gov.uk  to let me know your views on any important upcoming business that the council is involved in. I’d also be interested to hear how you’d like me to use this website – and other internet tools to improve the way that important local issues are communicated to you.  I look forward to working for all of Dromore and surrounding area.

Many thanks

Councillor Carol Black .
