I was elected to Armagh City and District Council in May 2005. Together with my party colleague Thomas O'Hanlon we represent the District Electoral Area of Crossmore. Crossmore is a large rural area which includes the town of Keady, the villages of Darkley, Killylea, Middletown and Milford together with the rural areas of Derrynoose, Granemore, Madden and Navan.
At present I am a member of the Councils Internal Scrutiny Committee, The Audit Committee, Armagh L.S.P., CARD, Armagh Sports Forum and Keady Regeneration Committee. I am also a Board Member of NILGA, Blackwater Regional Partnership and Vice Chairman of East Border Region.
